Your tweening is excellent, as well as your art. You did the max with min work, using movie clips on the girl and action scriping on the opening count ups.... Good 3-d effects with minimum art, tweened out nicly.

Of course, I may be wrong and you accually drawed everything, but if that is true.... you're an idiot.

Play control could use some work, allow for him to shoot and move at the same time.
there is a bug with the gunmen, if you're hitting them while they are shooting, might wanna try to clean that up.
Jumping into the building hole when you go left from the flying robot who does nothing is impossible, so if you did anything beyond that point, it's wasted, probrably if you did, your action field is to small so spidey always misses.
Play control is better them most but could still use some improvement, try to speed him up so you can run faster, it would make the jumps more of a challenge and would speed up the game.

Keep working at it and you'll have something pretty good.
